Responsibilities

• Manage 200 past or approaching standard FCL cases including FHLMC, FNMA, FHA/VA & Private Investors.
• Utilize reports to monitor timelines, investor guidelines, and aging of loans.
• Follow up on FCL actions monthly to ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
• Analyze & manage FCL timeline performance to keep delinquency below 10% monthly.
• Identify contested FCL and report delays to investors.
• Ensure cases with Fifth Third exposure are escalated to management & In-house legal.
• Endorse and certify all FCL sale results within 24 hours and transition REO assets.
