Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan information in the Empower system.
• Coordinate with borrowers and parties to gather income/assets.
• Order FHA/VA and other required documents and appraisals.
• Submit loans to Underwriting and manage conditions for approval.
• Coordinate closing dates and ensure final items are in place.
