Selene Holdings is seeking a Claims Specialist II to manage filing, tracking, recovery, and reconciliation of mortgage-related insurance and investor claims. The role collaborates with internal teams, investors, insurers, attorneys, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced mortgage servicing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage mortgage insurance and investor claims from initiation to final resolution.
• Ensure submissions comply with investor and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor claim inventories and follow up for timely processing and recovery.
• Research and resolve deficiencies, denials, and claim exceptions.
• Coordinate with vendors, attorneys, title companies, and investors to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting files for audits.
