Job summary

Pennymac is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to lead the creation and optimization of business process tools and BI solutions for its mortgage platform. You will drive data-driven decisions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and defining KPIs to measure efficiency and adoption.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field and experience with MISMO data structures, Snowflake, Excel with VBA SQL, and Python.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience with MISMO data structures, LOS E2E design, Snowflake, Excel with VBA SQL, and Python.
• Minimum 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in a Product Analyst, Business Support Analyst, or related mortgage lending role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimization of business process tools and system solutions.
• Oversee and enhance BI tools supporting proprietary mortgage origination systems.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions by gathering business and technical requirements.
• Develop data-driven strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency, user adoption, and business impact.
