Job summary

Achieve’s Tempe office seeks a Mortgage Advisor II to evaluate applicants, educate clients on Lendage mortgage products, and guide them through the mortgage process in a fast-growing digital finance environment.

This role requires AZ residency, active or easily reactivated NMLS, and SAFE exam completion. You’ll work in-office five days a week with a guaranteed monthly bonus for the first three months and a track toward licensing across states.

Qualifications

• Active AZ resident or able to reside in AZ.
• Active NMLS license (or able to be reactivated).
• Passage of SAFE exam.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including pre-license education and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Educate clients on Lendage mortgage products and the application process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required information.
• Navigate the end-to-end mortgage process using LOS, CRM, and other systems.
• Maintain proactive communication with prospects, applicants, and vendors throughout the process.
• Qualify for multiple state mortgage licenses within ~45 days and continue professional development.
