Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination and generating referrals.
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses are required.
• Strong communication, time management and critical thinking skills.
• Results-driven and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family and clients to market Rocket Mortgage and help homebuyers obtain financing.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage in civic and community events to drive lead flow and business development.
• Establish, develop and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue.
• Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and determine appropriate loan products.
• Evaluate client finances and documents to ensure qualification for financing.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and resolve concerns.
• Provide exemplary service to referrals and clients and stay updated on Rocket Mortgage products and processes.
