Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to be the face of the brand in your local community. You’ll leverage your mortgage origination expertise to guide clients through the home financing process and help them achieve their goals.

Build relationships with real estate agents, advisors and clients, analyze financials, and advise on loan products. You’ll manage the loan process from application to closing while upholding Rocket Mortgage standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of referrals.
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.
• Strong communication, time management and strategic thinking.
• Results-driven, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to drive leads.
• Establish a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products.
• Educate clients on home buying and refinancing processes.
• Evaluate clients' financial status and documents for qualification.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Provide top-tier service to all referral sources and clients.
• Stay updated on Rocket Mortgage products and guidelines.
