Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles.
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, and a major observability platform (Datadog/New Relic/Splunk).
• Strong OpenTelemetry knowledge, distributed tracing, and logging.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
• Experience with high-cardinality, high-throughput metrics/log pipelines.
• Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and CI/CD integrations.
• Familiar with Linux internals, networking, and container platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
