• Share learning and ensure strategies align with technical, quality and regulatory guidance.
• Lead technical capability building and coaching at the site to meet business objectives.
• Serve as technical SME for drug product manufacturing topics.
• Provide technical direction on deviations, production challenges, and change control impact.
• Represent TS/MS in regulatory interactions as needed.
• Influence external/corporate trends and how they affect Concord site.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
