Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced Molding Operator IV - Processor to set up and optimize injection molding equipment, drive process development, and ensure high-quality output. You will troubleshoot defects, adjust processing parameters, and support new product launches with engineering and quality teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in injection molding, knowledge of thermoplastics, and experience with robotics/automation.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on injection molding experience.
Strong knowledge of thermoplastics and processing.
Experience with machine setup and process development.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Develop, adjust, and maintain molding processes to meet quality, cycle time, and scrap targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex molding defects (short shots, flash, warpage, splay, burn marks).
Analyze recurring process issues and implement corrective actions to improve consistency and efficiency.
