Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Lead Industrialization Engineer - Molding to join our team in Moon Township, PA. This hybrid role offers relocation assistance within the US/PR and benefits from day one.

The Molding Engineer will lead molding process development, manage mold design reviews, and collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to deliver quality, cost, and schedule improvements using advanced plastics technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of molding experience.
• Knowledge of mold design and molding processes.
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding process development and validation for NPD, including quality control and strength testing.
• Drive optimization of molding related processes and procedures for new and existing products.
• Develop mold specifications for new molds; review and approve mold designs and construction.
• Assure new molds and equipment meet expected performance requirements; support troubleshooting and quality issues.
• Create and deploy plastics and molding related Standard Work and training.
• Support business case development for new molds, molding improvement projects, and investments in new molding technologies.
• Interface with PCD molding suppliers to support supplier development and performance.
