Qualifications

• 3 years molding manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of QC tools.
• Basic molding knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production to meet customer needs on time and in accordance with quality standards.
• Responding to and resolving customer concerns by investigating root causes and adjusting production.
• Maintaining ISO records and assisting with training to sustain ISO certification.
• Providing leadership to hourly associates through clear expectations and feedback.
• Coordinating with die/mold groups to minimize downtime and optimize line operations.
