Job summary

Stanley Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator (MFG II) for 1st shift in London, OH. The role oversees production, drives Continuous Improvement, and ensures customer requirements are met while maintaining quality standards.

You will provide leadership through performance planning, training, and adherence to SOPs and QWI/QSP procedures, and participate in cost-down and productivity initiatives. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide leadership through performance planning and Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure training and adherence to policies and procedures for production.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in production areas.
• Participate in cost-reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
