Job summary

Stanley Electric US is hiring Molding Process Technician levels I–V for the London, Ohio facility. Roles involve maintaining and optimizing injection molding processes, improving part quality, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment. Compensation is tiered by Tech level with shift differentials; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (Tech 1).
• 1–2 years of experience as a process technician or equivalent (Tech 2).
• 2–3 years of experience as a process technician or equivalent education (Tech 3).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a process technician (Tech 4).
• 6-8 years of experience as a process technician (Tech 5).

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures for a safe and organized work area.
• Maintain, modify and enhance the injection molding process to minimize scrap.
• Analyze molding conditions and troubleshoot to meet plant reject rates.
• Participate in process improvement meetings to provide high-quality parts.
• Generate documentation of molding conditions for process control traceability.
• Perform level-appropriate preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
