Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in mold making and related processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong skills in deburring, polishing, and ensuring surface finish within tight tolerances.
• Experience reading and interpreting measurement reports and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble & optimize molds, components, and clamping systems.
• Lead internal mold acceptance and assist with mold approvals.
• Provide expert deburring, polishing, and surface finishing to high tolerance.
• Inspect own work and teammates' output using measurement reports for deviations.
• Mentor and train junior-to-senior moldmakers on procedures and daily operations.
