Job summary

Dynomax, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mold Maker to manufacture and assemble high-precision injection mold tools. You will analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to produce molds.

Responsibilities include evaluating dimensions and tolerances, studying blueprints with GD&T, and performing machining on milling equipment, grinders, and lathes. Join a family-owned business with a strong track record in tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Mold Maker experience
• Proficiency in injection mold tooling
• Ability to work within tight tolerances of +/- .0002" daily
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and use precise measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Visualize and compute dimensions and tolerances based on specifications
• Study blueprints and use GD&T to plan operations for mold components
• Machining operations on tool room equipment (milling, surface grinding, turning)
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances with precision measuring tools
• Perform bench and assembly operations to finish projects
