Dynamic Group is seeking a Mold Designer to transform complex ideas into precise, manufacturable tooling for medical device projects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Toolroom and customers to ensure designs are accurate, optimized for production, and meet customer requirements.

The role requires at least five years of mold design experience and proficiency with Creo or SolidWorks. You will develop detailed mold concepts, create complete designs, and prepare design packages while adhering

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related mold design experience.
• Tool and Die or Mold Making diploma from an accredited technical college, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with solid modeling software; Creo preferred, SolidWorks acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Create detailed designs for manufacturability of injection molded parts and tooling using CAD software for customer review and input.
• Develop mold design concepts that support ease of manufacturing and meet both customer and Company requirements.
• Create complete mold designs using solid modeling software for customer approval.
• Analyze customer part models and provide design-for-manufacturability recommendations.
• Generate Bills of Materials, detail mold components, and prepare complete design packages.
• Design electrodes and collaborate with customers, Project Engineers, Toolroom and suppliers.
• Follow Quality System documentation and ensure output meets standards.
• Travel infrequently to customer sites and maintain design libraries and records.
