Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection moldmaking or toolmaking experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD models and dimensional specs.
• Strong knowledge of injection mold construction and tooling failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hands-on machining with mills, EDMs, lathes and grinders.
• Interpret blueprints and CAD data to build mold components to spec.
• Inspect mold components for dimensional accuracy and function.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement repairs to return to production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teammates.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and comply with procedures.
