Job summary

PIM Brands in New Jersey is seeking a Mogul Manufacturing Technician (PIM Level 5) to own the Mogul line from Cooking through Shakeout. You will drive throughput, quality, and OEE while coordinating activities across multiple work centers in a high-volume confectionery environment.

As the senior operator, you will perform line setups, changeovers, startup verification, and advanced troubleshooting, partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to maximize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of mogul operations and confectionery manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently operate, set up, changeover, startup verification, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the production line from Cooking through Shakeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule attainment.
• Coordinate activities across Cooking, Mogul, Trucker, Maintenance, Quality, and Shakeout to optimize line performance.
• Operate highly automated mogul equipment and adjust conditions to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Execute complete product changeovers and line setups, verify settings, and optimize startup performance.
• Perform operator-level preventative maintenance and monitor equipment health to prevent downtime.
