Job summary

PIM Brands in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Mogul Lead (PIM Level 7) to oversee daily Processing and Mogul manufacturing, from Kitchen through Shakeout, ensuring safe, efficient production and compliance with quality standards. You will lead the floor, coach operators, collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and planning, and drive performance metrics like throughput and OEE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-volume or critical production lines.
• Advanced understanding of mogul operations, safety, quality, and process control.
• Proven ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for all Mogul processing operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production schedules are met.
• Coach operators and maintain standard work on shift.
