Job summary

PIM Brands in New Jersey is seeking a Mogul Lead to oversee daily processing operations from Kitchen through Shakeout. You will provide direct floor leadership, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Sanitation, Planning, and Continuous Improvement teams, and ensure safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality standards, driving throughput and labor efficiency, and fostering a culture of operational excellence on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or food production.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for Processing operations (Kitchen, Batch Making, Trucking, Mogul, Pickout, Curing, Shakeout).
• Promote safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance; conduct safety observations and actions.
• Drive production performance, schedule attainment, and OEE; coordinate across departments.
