Job summary

Comet Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Manager for its Modern Work practice to own engagements across Exchange Online, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 collaboration. You will manage a focused portfolio of client projects and mentor junior consultants, shaping how the practice scales at Comet.

This senior individual contributor role offers leadership opportunities as the company grows, with a competitive base salary and a remote-friendly setup featuring occasional client travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering Microsoft solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Deep knowledge of at least two Modern Work pillars with cross-pillar experience.
• Experience leading projects and post-merger M365 work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Exchange Online migrations and hybrid configurations.
• Design endpoint modernization from AD-joined to Entra ID-joined.
• Migrate content to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Mentor junior consultants and set delivery standards.
• Contribute to proposals and pre-sales.
