Comet Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect for our Managed Services practice. The role focuses on operationalizing client environments, hardening security, and driving continuous improvement across M365, Azure, and Entra ID.

You will own the MSP tool stack and mentor teammates while balancing incident work with strategic design. We offer remote work with occasional client travel, a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 plus bonus, comprehensive health care, 401(k)

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with managed services or consulting delivery.
Proven ability to manage incidents, prioritize work, and communicate with clients.
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

Operate and improve established client environments for reliability, security, and performance.
Design, configure, manage, and support the MSP tool stack (PSA, RMM, patching).
Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for client environments (M365, Azure).
Design targeted improvements across Microsoft 365 stack and Entra ID.
Develop automation scripts to reduce manual work and improve security.
