Job summary

Bevilacqua Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Modeling & Simulation Integration to support NASA's SLS and Artemis programs. The role emphasizes cross‑discipline collaboration, model management, and engineering documentation.

You will review DMM metadata, participate in technical reviews, and ensure traceability of models from development through deployment while coordinating with CM, data mgmt, software, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from ABET-accredited college or university.
15+ years of relevant professional experience.
Extensive experience applying modeling and simulation throughout an engineering/product lifecycle.
Experience with verification/validation/accreditation/certification of models and simulations.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with cross‑disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Systems Engineering representative to SLS DMM task teams.
Review DMM metadata for completeness, accuracy, consistency and traceability.
Participate in technical reviews of DMMs and related documentation.
Evaluate model pedigree, configuration, and supporting data.
Support verification, validation, accreditation, and credibility assessment activities.
Develop and improve SE processes for model management and data integration.
Coordinate with CM, Data Management, software teams, and stakeholders.
