Job summary

SimTech, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a senior Modeling and Simulation Analyst to assess Missile Defense System capabilities within a HWIL environment, supporting MDA GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.

You will deliver OSF analysis, develop Python tools, verify configuration settings, and communicate results across teams. Requires a Bachelor's or higher in engineering/science with 10+ years and TS/Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent from an accredited institution required.
• 10+ years of demonstrated relevant experience
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks.
• Expertise in Missile Defense data analysis (trajectory, RF/EOIR signatures, environmental effects, or tactical communications).
• Familiarity with Python scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, collaborative government/contractor environment.
• Knowledge of HWIL infrastructure (DIS adapter, GTISS adapter).
• Familiarity with data analysis libraries in Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with NSITE and MDA Ground Test CONOPS.

Responsibilities

• Provide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.
• Verify OSF and element configuration settings based on HWIL run data and documentation.
• Analyze integration of current and future software capabilities into OSF.
• Ensure data quality through verification and validation of test data.
• Develop and run Python tools to support M&S analysis.
• Document and communicate analysis results across interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to execute test simulation campaigns.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
