Job summary

Abt Hsv is seeking a highly motivated Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analyst in Alabama to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The role involves analyzing the Objective Simulation Framework and contributing analytical support to MDA's test events. Key qualifications include experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks, missile defense data analysis, proficiency in Python and Linux, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The position requires a BS degree in a related field and a Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Modeling and Simulation Frameworks.
• Expertise in missile defense data analysis including trajectory, RF/EOIR signatures, environmental effects, or tactical communications.
• Familiarity with Python scripting language.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Ability to clearly express ideas and work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide M&S framework analysis support for GT events, CDI activities, and Flight Test support.
• Perform verification of OSF and element configuration settings.
• Analyze integration of software capabilities into OSF.
• Ensure event data quality and integrity through analysis of test data.
• Develop and run Python tools for M&S analysis activities.
• Document and communicate analysis results.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers for test simulation campaigns.
