Job summary

MTSI, based in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support a government/contractor team for Missile Defense Agency Transformation Task Force. You will develop system concepts, requirements, and model-based analyses to evaluate new missions and capabilities.

The role demands 10+ years in MBSE with Cameo tools, strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, and on-site work at Redstone Arsenal. SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to Systems Engineering.
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or Cameo Systems Architect.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with team members and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and leadership to understand project goals.
• Generate system concepts of operations, concepts of employment, and requirements docs.
• Participate in system requirements reviews and create/update specifications and technical documentation.
• Review engineering documentation to ensure specifications and data infrastructure meet needs.
• Define and prototype Cameo models to support analysis.

As a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) at MTSI, you will work as an integral member of a government/contractor team in support of the Missile Defense Agency Transformation Task Force.
