Amentum is seeking a Lead Production Supervisor to provide senior leadership for HH-60W helicopter maintenance, ensuring airworthiness and mission readiness for alert and VIP transport aircraft.

Responsibilities include directing 24/7 maintenance across all aircraft, authorizing return-to-service, and coordinating with maintenance branches and external agencies. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and mentoring a team of supervisors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Airfield Driver’s License required.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance operations, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and enterprise-level oversight of 24/7 helicopter maintenance operations.
• Direct and synchronize maintenance across all assigned aircraft and support infrastructure.
• Authorize return-to-service actions and enforce quality standards.
• Lead Maintenance Recovery Teams (MRT) for off-station support and coordinate with external agencies.
• Oversee safety, environmental programs, and after-hours authority for aircraft and personnel matters.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and technicians to drive accountability and operational excellence.
