Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; four years of mobility engineering or related experience.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management and enterprise mobility infrastructure.
• Functional responsibilities include owning mobility operational support and defining mobility standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system service results and implement roadmap technologies; respond to escalated issues.
• Create, configure and maintain enterprise device profiles; drive MDM configuration and compliance.
• Collaborate with IS teams and vendors to manage mobility solutions.
• Review reports, resolve issues, and use metrics to improve processes.
• Develop implementation and support models for mobility platforms.
