The role focuses on documenting designs, supporting production, and delivering improvements across information systems and business operations, with hybrid in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with required years of experience in information services processing technology.
• Experience in MIS or information systems context is desirable.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecting and project management for application platforms and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Analyze existing or proposed systems and implement, integrate, monitor and optimize strategies and processes.
• Identify opportunities in information systems and business process redesign.
• Document and communicate system designs and maps to executives and senior management.
• Collaborate with global teams to define MIS requirements and evaluate solution options.
• Coordinate with project teams to build and execute business systems plans.
• Address user satisfaction issues within MIS-related processes and drive resolutions.
• Assist with production support including configuration, monitoring and interface updates.
• Provide subject matter expertise to global MIS projects.
