Job summary

Apptegy is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mobile, to own the product direction for the School App and Staff App, ensuring intuitive mobile experiences for diverse school communities. You will partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client experience to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

You will turn complex configurations into precise specs, lead discovery with research and analytics, and drive AI-assisted delivery practices while advancing release mechanics

Qualifications

• Experience leading product for native iOS and Android apps through multiple releases.
• Ability to write precise product specs executable by engineers or AI.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and mobile release mechanics.
• Experience with AI in the delivery pipeline and evaluating AI output.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and sequencing for the School App and Staff App.
• Translate configurations and roles into clear specs for engineers, designers, QA and AI tools.
• Develop insights from school districts to guide mobile experiences.
• Lead product discovery with customer research, analytics, feedback, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design from concept through launch.
• Define success metrics and monitor activation, engagement, retention, and app store ratings.
• Guide mobile release mechanics including app store review, staged rollouts, and version fragmentation.
