Coursera is seeking a Principal Product Manager to guide the future of mobile learning for its app used by millions of learners. You will set a multi-year mobile vision, lead cross-functional teams, and elevate product craft across the organization to deliver engaging experiences.

You will work with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive growth, retention, and onboarding, leveraging experiments and user research to prioritize initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with consumer or enterprise products.
• Experience shaping mobile platform or portfolio investment strategy with executive leadership.
• Experience establishing frameworks, planning mechanisms, or quality standards adopted beyond your own team.
• Experience shipping native mobile apps (iOS/Android) at scale.
• Experience leading large, complex product initiatives across multiple teams with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using quantitative data, experimentation, and user research to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define Coursera's multi-year mobile strategy and position mobile as a growth engine.
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and optimization with cross-functional partners.
• Influence mobile investments and align teams around a shared vision and outcomes.
• Champion learner needs and market opportunities for engaging mobile experiences.
• Use behavioral insights and experiments to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
• Raise the bar for product craft and set the standard for mobile development.
