A significant portion of our work is within the public sector, where we help government organizations streamline high-volume processes, improve data quality, and modernize critical operations through automation.

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join our team and support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of mobile solutions across iOS and Android environments. In this role, you will work directly on public sector engagements, developing and integrating mobile applications as part of broader technical and automation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong mobile development experience across both iOS and Android and is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex enterprise environments.

As this role supports public sector clients, U.S. citizenship is required.

Role/Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications and solutions across iOS and Android
• Develop and support integrations between mobile applications, APIs, backend services, and other enterprise systems
• Work with existing mobile applications to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support new functionality
• Collaborate with automation developers and other technical team members to integrate mobile applications into broader end-to-end workflows
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical mobile solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions, client workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues across mobile environments
• Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of mobile solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and development best practices
• Assist with technical estimation, solution design, and delivery planning as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on professional experience developing applications for iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Experience with relevant mobile development technologies, such as Swift/SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android
• Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services, and external systems
• Strong software development fundamentals, including debugging, version control, code quality, and maintainable application design
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting mobile applications in production environments
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective mobile solutions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in client-facing and multidisciplinary technical environments

Nice To Have

• Experience with UiPath or other RPA / Intelligent Automation platforms
• Experience integrating mobile applications into broader automation workflows
• Familiarity with mobile automation or testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise applications
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated build/deployment processes for mobile applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
