The Difference You Will Make

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Hotels, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining HotelTonight’s mobile CPI (Cost Per Install) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) partnerships to drive efficient and scalable customer growth. Your responsibilities include strategy development, campaign analysis, execution, and monitoring of pay-for-performance marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Supply, and Creative teams to build impactful partnerships that enhance HotelTonight’s visibility and ROI. The ideal candidate will have strong affiliate marketing experience, project management skills, and excellent analytical capabilities.

A Typical Day

  • Drive growth for Apple and Google App Store Marketing and App Store Optimization channels.
  • Manage end-to-end digital acquisition campaigns, from strategy to performance analysis.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, create proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and legal.
  • Work with Engineering to implement new and ongoing partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance to forecast campaign performance across quarters.

Your Expertise

  • 10+ years of relevant experience at a large B2C company, preferably in travel, technology, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience working with product, digital marketing, and data analytics teams.
  • Experience with App Store Marketing and Optimization preferred.
  • Proven success with large-scale affiliate campaigns delivering high ROI.
  • Strong marketing analytics skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Leadership experience working with diverse teams and managing workflows.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex information.

Your Location

This role is US-based and remote-eligible, with occasional office work or offsite attendance as agreed. You must reside in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity. Check the current list of eligible states regularly.

How We'll Take Care Of You

The actual pay depends on various factors including experience and skills. The base salary range is $139,000—$163,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and travel credits.
