Job summary

AnaVation LLC is seeking a Software Developer to join a mobile device forensics research team. You will design, develop, test, and integrate features using Python, C, C++, and RE tools, collaborating with a dispersed group.

This role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and CI polygraph. The position is hybrid—mostly remote with up to two days on-site at the customer in Lorton, VA, with occasional on-site workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in CS/EE/CE or related discipline.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Python, C, C++ and related languages.
• Mobile app development or systems experience; iOS preferred.
• Expertise with Git and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLite).
• Experience with reverse engineering and decompiling tools.
• Strong debugging, documentation, and Agile collaboration skills.
• Experience with RE tools (IDA Pro, Ghidra, JEB, Hopper) and unit testing.
