Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 6–10 years in technical program management or related field.
• Strong mobile app development understanding (Android & iOS).
• Solid background in software development, cloud tech, and system architectures.
• Excellent ability to translate complex tech to non‑tech colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, product, and operations.
• Establish timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
• Develop standard program management methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Communicate status, challenges, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation to improve flow.
• Ensure engineering teams deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
• Collaborate with product/engineering leadership on short-term and long-term priorities.
