Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for mobile to drive software initiatives across Android native, React Native, and platform services. You will coordinate across global teams, lead Agile ceremonies, define architecture decisions, and ensure on-time delivery of scalable mobile experiences for PlayStation users worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager driving consumer-facing mobile or software products from conception to launch.
Proven track record managing programs involving Android native development, cross-platform frameworks, and/or infrastructure systems.
Deep understanding of mobile development lifecycles, including native and cross-platform technologies.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum with hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering teams on architecture decisions and trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across levels.
Experience coordinating programs across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program execution for mobile apps and infrastructure across engineering teams.
Manage timelines and dependencies across mobile and console teams for Android native, React Native, and backend infra.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning with engineering teams.
Coordinate with international stakeholders (USA, Japan, UK) across time zones.
Own schedules, risk mitigation, and executive reporting; manage dependencies between mobile and platform services.
Partner with engineering teams to define system architecture and integration points for the PlayStation ecosystem.
Drive development best practices, tooling standardization (JIRA, Confluence), and process improvements.
Identify and resolve roadblocks using metrics to inform decisions.
