Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with mobile apps.
- Strong React Native and TypeScript experience.
- Deep native Android experience in Kotlin/Java.
- Proven cross-team mobile leadership in production environments.
- Experience shipping consumer mobile products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary mobile engineer and React Native specialist for the Unsecured Installment team, raising quality and velocity.
- Lead Android development and drive the Android launch plan this year.
- Set technical direction for mobile architecture across React Native and native Android.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to translate roadmap priorities into durable mobile solutions.
- Raise the bar for engineering excellence through reviews, mentorship, and pragmatic execution.
- Post-launch, maintain mobile specialization and long-term architecture quality.
