Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, test, and maintain mobile features using React Native and native Android.
• Lead the implementation of hybrid and native mobile solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
• Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, security, and backend teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Perform and lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and maintainability.
• Identify risks and integration challenges and drive them to resolution.
• Provide production support including root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Improve development standards, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and reviews.
• Communicate status, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
