Job summary

OTR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of scalable React Native apps for iOS and Android. You will own features end-to-end, mentor teammates, and drive quality and performance across the mobile stack.

In this role you will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, enforce coding standards, and explore new tools to keep our mobile platform at the cutting edge. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Roswell, GA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development, with at least 3 years in React Native.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Providers, etc).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools (Postman, Swagger, etc).
• Experience working with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, Claude, MCP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for features—from concept to deployment—ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
• Guide junior developers, foster best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
