Hirewell is seeking a Sr. Mobile Software Engineer specializing in React Native to join our Roswell, GA team in a hybrid role. You will own mobile features, drive architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality experiences for iOS and Android.

You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, promote best practices, and stay current with mobile technologies and AI-assisted development tools. This role does not sponsor visas.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with React Native and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor engineers in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment tools.

Sr. Mobile Software Engineer - React Native

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and driving technical excellence. This role goes beyond coding—you will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and take full ownership of delivering impactful mobile experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions that support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promote engineering best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, performance practices, and development processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, security, and overall user experience.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, development methodologies, and AI-powered engineering tools.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that improve engineering productivity and product quality.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on React Native development.
• Experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android modules is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence technical decisions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment tools such as EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Context/Providers, or comparable technologies.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and development tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools and technologies, including LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Claude, MCP, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, version control, and modern engineering practices.
