Job summary

OTR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to build high-quality mobile apps and drive technical excellence. You will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and own delivering impactful mobile experiences for customers.

This role emphasizes leadership, end-to-end feature delivery, and collaboration with product, design, and backend teams in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc).
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Providers, etc).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools (Postman, Swagger, etc).
• Experience working with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, Claude, MCP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for features—from concept to deployment—ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
• Guide junior developers, foster best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
