Job summary

XOXO AI Inc. is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to own the full mobile surface from architecture to polish, shipping a visually rich consumer app built with React Native. You’ll drive performance, craft, and end-to-end delivery in a high-ownership role.

Office-based in San Francisco, you will collaborate across design, ML, and infrastructure to bring an interface of intelligence to life while maintaining a fast, delightful user experience and robust production quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production mobile apps with a consistently elite quality bar.
• Deep expertise in React Native and Swift, with strong instincts for architecture and long-term maintainability.
• Able to translate a highly visual design system into a fast, pixel-perfect product UI and ensure accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the first versions of our React Native app, taking it from prototype to production.
• Translate a highly visual design system into reusable components, motion, and interaction patterns with fluid performance.
• Build new product surfaces that incorporate modern AI/ML capabilities in mobile.
• Drive performance work across the app: rendering, startup, memory, battery, networking, and perceived speed.
• Set the bar for mobile engineering quality (testing, instrumentation, release discipline) and partner across the stack to ship end-to-end.
