Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design and architecture of mission-critical apps for our delivery fleet and operations teams. These apps, used by thousands of partners and staff, require dependable performance and offline capability.

You will own real solutions, contribute to quality craftsmanship, and push advances in AI-enabled tooling. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-stack collaboration, and mentoring others, with a strong focus on building reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production iOS and Android apps, with deep Flutter expertise.
• Strong mobile architecture skills: state management, modular structure, maintainable codebase.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs; distributed systems understanding.
• Track record of performant, reliable features for a large user base alongside engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand real operational problems and own the solutions from discovery to field deployment.
• Build Flutter-based mobile apps that work offline, scan fast, and track location reliably.
• Work across the stack: back-end services, data fixes, tooling, or process changes when needed.
• Shape AI usage in tools, workflows, and development practices; turn ideas into practice.
• Mentor teammates, set technical direction and quality standards for mobile.
