Job summary

Jitsu is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the design and architecture of mission-critical iOS and Android apps used by our delivery fleet and operations teams. You will own solutions from discovery through deployment, ensuring offline capability, performance, and reliability in real-world networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production iOS and Android apps, with deep Flutter expertise.
• Solid mobile architecture skills: state management, modular structure, and patterns that keep a growing codebase maintainable.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs, and a working understanding of distributed systems.
• A track record of performant, reliable features for a large user base, built alongside other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand real operational problems and own the solutions, using the best tech for the problem.
• Own the solution end-to-end from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Build Flutter apps that work offline, scan fast, track location reliably, and ship reliable releases.
• Work across the stack with backend services, data fixes, tooling, or process changes as needed.
• Shape how we build with AI and turn ideas into everyday practice.
• Mentor teammates, set technical direction and quality standards for mobile.
