Job summary

Tact, a fast-growing AI startup, is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to own the mobile surface of our AI Agent Platform in NYC. This hybrid role focuses on delivering production apps used by frontline technicians and sales reps, not pilots.

You’ll lead end-to-end mobile development with React Native, Swift, and Kotlin, while collaborating with designers in Figma and ensuring offline-first reliability, robust CI/CD, and a strong App Store lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years shipping production mobile apps.
• Proficient in React Native.
• Strong Swift and modern iOS development skills.
• Experience with App Store lifecycle: review, rollout, crash triage, hotfixes.
• Able to work from Figma and partner with designers.
• Experience with offline-first architectures.
• Familiar with mobile CI/CD and code signing/provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Owning mobile end to end: React Native core with Swift/Kotlin in the mix.
• Building for the field: offline-first, low-connectivity environments.
• Shipping apps that empower technicians and reps on the frontline.
• Running mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions) and owning the App Store lifecycle.
• Mentoring, improving code quality, and shaping mobile culture as the team scales.

Senior Mobile Engineer - AI Agent Platform (NYC, hybrid)

$165k-$220k + equity

I'm working with a fast-growing AI startup that recently closed a major new funding round backed by top-tier investors (Series B). They're building autonomous AI agents that are already live in production at some of the largest enterprise operators in the country. Not pilots, not proof of concepts. Real deployments, real customers, real revenue.

Now we're hiring a senior mobile engineer to own the surface where all of this meets real humans in the field.

What you need:

• 5-8 years shipping production mobile apps, with strong proficiency in React Native
• Solid understanding of Swift and modern iOS development
• Full App Store lifecycle experience: review, rollout, crash triage, hotfixes
• Comfortable working from Figma and partnering closely with designers
• Solid offline-first architecture experience, not just online-happy-path development
• Experience with mobile CI/CD and code signing/provisioning
