Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical Certification in related field preferred.
• Four (4) years or more experience in advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy duty and medium duty equipment.
• Must have minimum tools required to perform job duties as outlined in company policy.
• Pass drug tests and background checks as required.
• Able to drive company vehicles and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to facilitate preventative maintenance, repair estimates, and service scheduling.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and ensure quality of repair work.
• Perform PMs and a wide range of mechanical repairs across heavy and medium duty equipment.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and customer interactions in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
