Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy/medium‑duty equipment.
• Proven hands‑on mechanic and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate shop computers and diagnostic tools proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to coordinate preventative maintenance and repair estimates.
• Road test vehicles to identify causes of complaints and verify quality of repairs.
• Perform PMs and repairs across the location fleet with adherence to Ryder policies.
