Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Master Diesel Technician for a field-based, national role. You will perform advanced diagnostics, major component repairs, and rehabilitation work across transit fleets, mentoring local staff and supporting startups and fleet transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal Medium/Heavy-Duty Diesel Technology training preferred.
• 7+ years progressive heavy-duty fleet maintenance experience, transit-bus or motor-coach background advantageous.
• CDL Class A/B with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements required for certain assignments; ASE/Master credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced diagnostics and repair of diesel/gas engines, transmissions, steering, and heavy-duty systems.
• Lead major component replacements and midlife rehabilitations within approved scope.
• Conduct PMs, safety inspections, document root cause, repairs, and verification.
