Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on diesel/mechanical repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Ability to mentor entry-level technicians and document work clearly.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and farm machinery.
- Diagnose complex issues using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled repairs with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards.
- Operate cranes and equipment to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
